Martinis don't have to be dry or old-fashioned. Martinis infused with chocolate are perfect for serving with desserts or for giving your guests with a sweet tooth some thing special to sip. These cocktail recipes are perfect for tasting portions served up in our 2-ounce glasses.


  • Mudslide Martini
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Irish Cream
  • Milk / Cream
  • Ice
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Put Martini Glasses into Freezer for 5 minutes to chill. Shake, Vodka, coffee liqueur, and Irish Cream in Shaker with Ice. Shake well. Pour into chilled glass drizzled with chocolate syrup. Top with Milk or Cream.
Chocolate Martini

1.5 oz Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 oz Vodka
1.5 oz White Creme de cacao
2.5 oz Heavy Cream

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until ice cold
  2. Strain into a martini glass and serve


Raspberry Chocolate Martini

1.5 oz Chambord
1.5 oz Kahl˙a
1 oz Heavy cream
80 percent dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Raspberries (for garnish)

Add all ingredients except garnishes into a shaker tin and shake with ice.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Sprinkle dark chocolate shavings and add a raspberry on top for garnish.



Fantastically Fruity Martini Recipes

Blue Berry Martini

  • 1 1/2 ounces Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
  • 2 ounces blueberry juice (fresh)
  • 1 ounce mango juice (fresh)
  • Garnish: fresh blueberries

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with Shake well.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with fresh blueberries skewered on a cocktail pick.


Pomegranate Martini
  • 1 ounce Pomegranate Vodka
  • 3/4 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Garnish: ground cinnamon or granulated sugar or spiraled orange twist


Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake well

Strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with either cinnamon and sugar or an orange twist.
Gummy Bear Martini
  • 1 1/2 ounces raspberry vodka
  • 1 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • Garnish: gummy bears


Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.

Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

Garnish with a skewer of gummy bears

Dirty Vodka Martini Recipe

6 parts Gin
2 parts Dry Vermouth
1 part Olive juice
Olive Garnish

  • Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
    Stir the liquor, olive brine, and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass.
    Strain into a chilled martini glass.Garnish with olives.

Classic Gimlet
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Lime Twist

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the gin, lime juice and simple syrup. Stir vigorously with a long cocktail spoon until very cold. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or strain over a rocks glass filled with ice, depending on preference. Garnish with the cucumber wheel and serve immediately.
